OPENING YOUR FILES

HOW DO I UNZIP A FILE?
FOR WINDOW USERS
  1. Right click on the zip file that you want to unzip, and click on "Extract All" in context menu.
  2. Check "Show extracted files when complete" if you want your folder to open after zip extraction is complete.
  3. Click on "Extract" button to start the extraction.
FOR MAC USERS
  1. Double-click the zip file.
  2. Once you do this, a file or folder will be decompressed into the same folder the compressed file are in.
  3. If the item you are unzipping contains a single file, the new decompressed item will have the same name as the original file. If a file with the same name is already present in the current folder, the unzipped file will have a number appended to its name.
DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD ANY SOFTWARE TO EDIT MY PRINTABLE?
The only software you would need is Adobe Reader. This software is free to download and most computers already have it. If you don't have this program on your computer, you can download the free version here.
WHY CAN'T I OPEN THE FILE ON A MAC?
Mac will default all editable files to the Mac PDF called Preview. All you would need to do is open the file in Adobe Reader instead Preview. To do this, open Adobe Reader and then open the editable file directly in the program.
CAN I EDIT MY FILES ON A TABLET OR SMART PHONE?
All of our editable files are only compatible with Adobe Reader's desktop version and will not work on a table or smart phone. If you've found away to edit your files on a table or smart phone, I would love to know how you've done this!

ALL ABOUT OUR PRINTABLES

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PRINT A PRINTABLE?
You can print your files right at home with your very own printer. Make sure when you are printing your files that your ink cartridges aren't running low. Please keep in mind that the color you see on your computer screen can very from computer to printer. If you don't have a printer at home, you can print your files at different local print shops such as FedEx, UPS, Staples, Office Depot, etc.

If you do print your files at home, I recommend printing on full-page heavyweight Matte Photo Paper for best results. If that is out of your budget, choose a bright white cardstock. A 110lb (300gsm) weight cardstock paper is ideal for party printables.
WHAT TEXT CAN BE EDIT?
The most common areas to be edit are names, dates, times, and addresses.
CAN YOU CHANGE OR EDIT ANY OF THE GRAPHICS?
Unfortunately I can't edit or change any of the graphics. If you would like to place a custom order, please contact me.
